Patient Care Coordinator
Spencer Haugen was born and raised in the Seattle/Des Moines/SeaTac area. Having sustained a number of serious injuries after a devastating fall in 2008, Spencer has spent several years on the patient side of Allopathic Medicine, as well as Naturopathy, PT, OT, Chiropractic, Massage and Acupuncture. During his rehabilitation and continuing recovery, he has had the opportunity to experience how big a difference a quality, compassionate and understanding frontline employee can make and how difficult and even painful it can be when treated poorly and as less than by someone whose heart is clearly not in their work. After a number of years working to mitigate the impact of his injuries, Spencer entered the healthcare field professionally and has since strived to provide quality, patient centered service in both frontline and managerial roles. His personal mantra has long been "Service Before Self" and he embraces every opportunity to provide top-notch service that has the potential to make all the difference to the patients who need it most.
Spencer spends his free time with his loving wife Emily and his furry best friend Roxy. He also volunteers time doing admin and teaching work for and sits on the board of the nonprofit organization The Young Shakespeare Workshop, which teaches Shakespeare to teens in underserved communities. He has also done a number of professional stage shows ranging from melodrama and vaudeville to children's theater to standup and other contemporary shows both locally and in the Bay Area. He is very excited to plant roots at Northwest Wellness and is very much looking forward to seeing what his future here holds.

Born in Washington, was raised on the east side. Mental health advocate, dog lover and newly cat mom. I love spending time helping others, when I’m not busy spending time with my boyfriend and his kids, I am either making art, planning weddings or falling back in love with photography.
Every member of our team cares deeply about quality, equality and full-body wellness.
