Dr. Jeff Thomas (he/him) is a licensed naturopathic doctor whose work bridges science, soul, and story. Known for his unique approach that blends integrative medicine, mind-body awareness, and deep relational insight, Dr. Thomas helps patients understand the hidden narratives — emotional, ancestral, and spiritual — that influence their physical health.
Acting as both translator and guide, Dr. Thomas empowers his patients to listen to their bodies not as mechanical systems to be "fixed," but as wise messengers offering profound self-knowledge and healing invitations. His work is especially suited to those navigating complex, persistent health challenges where conventional solutions fall short — guiding patients to uncover how their inner truth, unspoken needs, and untended emotions may be showing up through symptoms.
Rooted in a lifelong journey of self-revelation and shaped by his own path of personal transformation, Dr. Thomas brings authenticity, curiosity, and courageous vulnerability into his clinical relationships. His care is an invitation into co-healing — where both doctor and patient are called to reveal, rather than perform, in service of real healing.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Thomas serves as a medical educator and product development specialist for Deseret Biologicals, where he merges cutting-edge nutritional science with a holistic understanding of the body as a storyteller. He also lectures nationally, offering fellow healthcare professionals new frameworks for seeing disease and healing — ones that honor biology, biography, and soul equally.
Dr. Thomas earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from St. Philip’s College. His diverse training includes time alongside clinical dietitians, medical doctors, naturopathic oncologists, chiropractors, and other integrative providers — giving him a uniquely multi-lingual approach to health, spanning biomedicine, somatic awareness, and narrative healing.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Thomas is deeply committed to personal evolution and conscious fatherhood, seeing his role as a parent not just as protector and provider, but as a living model of emotional courage, relational honesty, and self-reclamation. This personal work informs his professional ethos — showing up as both healer and human, with heart fully in the room.
