Why Should I Exercise:

We at Northwest Wellness are constantly promoting the benefits of regular exercise.  Starting with rehabilitative exercise to improve spinal function and reduce pain, we encourage our patients to add exercise to their daily routine.  In 2016 we also added group exercise classes to teach yoga and TRX as well as a personal trainer to assist you in a program to address your specific needs.  So why do we want our patients to engage in an exercise program?  Consider the following benefits of regular exercise:

  • Exercise combats health conditions and diseases

  • Exercise boosts energy

Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
