Migraines

As a fellow sufferer myself, I know how debilitating a migraine can be. Unless you know your specific trigger it can be difficult to treat. I have been seeing a patient for the past 2 years or so and she used to get migraines fairly regularly. Since she has started her weekly massage treatments with me she reported getting a headache maybe once or twice per quarter. The intensity of her migraines has also diminished.  Whether you suffer from migraines or tension headaches, massage can help decrease the pain as well as their frequency.
