Tai Chi and swimming

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved swimming and competed on a swim team by the time I was in middle school.  I later discovered Tai Chi from my sister while I was in college.  Both have really helped me stay active without over exertion and both require focus, discipline, and dedication.  While Tai Chi helps me wake up in the morning and remain focused through the day, there is nothing like open lap swim and having a lane all to yourself.
