International Day of Yoga

On December 11, 2014, the United Nations General Assembly declared an International Day of Yoga on June 21.   Yoga, a 6,000 year old physical, mental and spiritual practice originating in India, aims to transform the body and the mind.  Here at Northwest Wellness in Federal Way, we offer both Vinyassa Yoga and TRX to assist our patients in reaching an optimum state of health.  Yoga is beneficial to the mind and body in many ways as it:
