The Morning Shake

In my never-ending search for optimum health I started having a new morning protein shake with the additon of fresh kale and frozen blueberries to my already healthy orange-pineapple juice and whey protein. I ususally prepare it after my morning workout, shower and drink it on my way to the office. This morning, I was a bit short on time and rushing around to get my dog, my bike, my backpack computer and purse all aout the door at the same time. By mistake, I grabbed some frozen mixed vegetables instead of the blueberries. I didn't have time to dump the whole thing out and start over so I just left the mixed veggies as is and added the blueberries to cover up the taste! It was a bit thick and chewy, but all in all not too bad. The first thing I could taste was the sweetness of the fozen corn. I probably won't go out of my way to do it again, but it did the trick on the way to work this morning!

Here is what I ususally drink which is full of nutrition!

1/2 cut kale 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 2 scoops Biotics Nutriclear or 2 scoops Biotics Whey Proteint 1 cup fresh orange-pineapple juice.

Blend in a Magic Bullet and off you go!
